Did not do anything just received random email from plenty of Fish stating account details have been changed. These are unauthorized changes. ... Sudden change of account details. *Email, account and password have been changed without authorization.**Can't retrieve information (password, etc) because of above stated changes.*Again none useful help centre and no customer service system in place.
There is no way to retrieve password etc if the accounts details have been changed. Plus no direct contact to resolve issue quickly. What awful service.
Correct account access issue including extension on subscription equal to duration without access.**Why is this taking so long to rectify
Would expect better customer service not worse. Been customer for a few years
