On Thursday I bought a $** iTunes card, so that I can upgrade my account! Meanwhile I was talking to a customer service representative! To help me since he told me what kind of card I need! The two stayed on the phone until I gave him the prepaid number. However he said it should take ** hours for my account to be activated! So I was cool with that! Next day Friday I'm now excited!, but also wondering why it's not on! The customer service representative told call back on Monday! Now I'm frustrated! Monday now here I call again the rep was so disrespectful telling me I'm not getting my money back & there is nothing I can do! Each rep was East Indian, and I swear it's like their all working together please investigate! Also I don't want a refund. Just my account upgraded please fix this problem!
