I recently noticed a charge of $38.70 on my Visa card ending in [redacted] from POF, which I have been trying to cancel for weeks. Despite numerous emails requesting cancellation, I have received no response and now I am being billed erroneously. I urge you to cancel my account, refund the $38.70, or I will involve Chase Visa. My username on POF is Heisenberg_bbad, and my email is [redacted] Please provide confirmation. The experience with POF has been extremely disappointing and I would not suggest it to anyone.

I need to reset my password on pof.com, but it keeps saying my email isn't in the database. However, I do receive notifications at [redacted], which is the only email address I use. It's also saying my password is incorrect, even though I sign in daily without any problems. When I click on the reset link, I'm not getting any password reset emails. I recently joined POF and set up my profile. Unfortunately, most features seem to require an upgraded membership, which was not clearly advertised. While I appreciate the benefits, I prefer to explore the free option first. Other dating sites did not meet my expectations over time, leading me to cancel my subscriptions. If I plan on using POF long-term, I would like more information on what is included in the free membership beyond sharing my details and viewing profiles of potential matches.

I have been attempting to contact POF, but their phone line is constantly busy, making it impossible to leave a message. This is urgent as I have encountered an individual on POF who has falsified his profile and images and is now involved in criminal activities. The police require access to his details to investigate other potential victims. I have fallen victim to his deceit under the username areed113 on POF, with my account registered under nicole_witt. Hello, I've had my fourth profile deleted on POF, and I am unable to contact them about the issue. Here are the details: I am a female and have ensured not to violate any rules such as rudeness, fake/sexual content, or excessive messaging. My first account was deleted, and when trying to reset the password, it stated my email was not in their database. After researching online, I found out that their "bots" flag repeat IP addresses and emails. I created new emails and signed up from different IP addresses, but the issue persisted. I have emailed them multiple times without a response and tried calling their phone numbers without success. The 1-[redacted] number is no longer in use, and the Vancouver number leads to a message system that requires credit card information. Since I haven't paid for anything on the free site, I am unable to leave the necessary details. I am frustrated and seeking advice on the next course of action.

Tonight, I signed up for Plenty of Fish. I added pictures, wrote a bio, and chatted with some men on the site. However, when I tried logging in later on both the app and website, it didn't recognize my username or email. I tried resetting my password, but the username they sent me was incorrect. I'm frustrated because I put in a lot of time creating my account and now I can't access it.

I recently set up a POF profile, but the next day I had trouble logging in. I tried entering my email, but it said it didn't exist. I made a new account, but the same issue is happening. I receive notifications at the email address I used, so I believe it's correct. I want to avoid making another account. Can you assist me with accessing my account? I'm unsure why this is recurring if I'm following the rules.

I am experiencing issues on POF where my profile keeps getting deleted and hidden from other users without any violation of rules. I do not have any nude photos, unlike some profiles I have seen. This has happened twice already. Even after upgrading to a paid account, my profile is still hidden. I treat others with respect, do not show too much skin, and do not send repetitive messages. I am having issues with not receiving emails when I have a message from a POF user. Additionally, I am concerned about not getting enough messages from other users. I used to receive many messages, but recently I have only gotten a couple of responses out of the 15 messages I sent. I am unsure if my profile is not being viewed by everyone. I have not used POF for about 5 years, so I am unfamiliar with the new upgraded memberships. Please assist me in resolving these matters so I can increase my chances of getting dates. I recently joined POF last week with the username purplelove65. After logging out, I couldn't log back in the next day despite trying to reset my password. I had to create a new profile with the same username. Last night, I was on the site until 11/11:30 pm without logging out. This morning, my username and password didn't work. When I searched for my username, I found my profile with someone else's pictures. I attempted to contact customer care but had trouble reaching them. I provided my G-mail address upon joining POF. I've been receiving messages on my phone but can't read them. It seems my profile has been mixed up with someone else's. I kindly request prompt assistance with this issue.

I'm having trouble logging into my account. I attempted to reset my password, but I am unable to do so. I suspect the issue may be because I used the same email when I initially joined POF and then tried to recreate my account. It seems like POF may consider this as an attempt to create two profiles. I have tried reaching out via email without any success. I am willing to change my email address if I can access my account. I thought the first account setup was not done correctly, hence I created a new account with a different email, but I am facing the same login issues.

He contacted me repeatedly, insisting on various details, which made me uncomfortable. I have ongoing investigations on fraudulent activities, and it's becoming overwhelming. Due to my mental illness, I struggle to handle such situations promptly. He asked for photos of my ID and mentioned a failed attempt to take $45 from me, then convinced me to give $20, promising a refund. I am experiencing frequent unjustified bans on my profile despite not violating any rules on the platform. It is frustrating to have my account flagged for removal repeatedly for no valid reason. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau and created a Facebook page to bring attention to these unfair bans on www.PlentyofFish.com. Even though I adhere to all the main rules, including refraining from spam and abuse, my profile continues to be banned without cause. It seems like anyone can report my profile based on personal reasons such as religion, beliefs, or appearance, leading to these unwarranted bans. I urge you, Markus, to address this issue promptly by allowing me to create and maintain my profile without facing these unjust bans. Otherwise, I am prepared to escalate this matter further through public channels and by involving the Better Business Bureau.

I called Plenty of Fish on Tuesday, May 8th around 6-7 PM Michigan time to become a paid member and view messages left for me over the past year. I was concerned by the long wait time to answer the phone and the representative sounding groggy. He mentioned it would take a day to upgrade me to a paid member and promised a call back on May 9th, which never happened. This delayed process is unlike other sites where upgrades are instant. Please cancel my subscription and do not charge my card. Feel free to contact me if more information is needed to proceed.

My profile has been experiencing issues for weeks. Despite sorting out the pictures that were not mine, other profile details remain unchanged no matter how many times I try to edit them. I am a paying member but can no longer access my account to read my emails. I urgently require help to resolve these issues as it has been ongoing for over a month. Phone calls to customer service go unanswered, making it frustrating to seek assistance. I urgently need to regain access to my account to respond to messages. Hi, I had a concerning incident on POF recently. A member named Eric asked for my phone number, and shortly after, someone tried to access my email account. Eric then requested $[redacted] in iTunes cards from me. I immediately changed my Google password and deleted my POF account profile due to these events. I initially tried to pause my account, but I continued to receive notifications. My username was [redacted] forever. There have been fraudulent individuals attempting to deceive me, such as Raymond Williams. We engaged in email conversations for a week, sharing personal information about likes, dislikes, and relationship desires. When I requested a video call, they quickly sent a desperate email titled "Sad and Depressed," claiming to have lost their wallet and needing money for transportation. I was asked to send a significant sum and was promised repayment. I saw through this manipulation, recognizing the deceitful intentions to exploit emotions. This behavior on social media platforms like POF is unacceptable, targeting vulnerable individuals, mainly women. The individual provided an international phone number which I called out of curiosity, but I cannot confirm its authenticity. They even used someone else's photo to carry out their dishonest scheme, which is truly troubling.
