I keep receiving notifications that my login information is already in use. Despite several attempts to register, I am unable to create an account successfully. I suspect this might be related to my Google autofill feature. Upon entering my username and password, the autofill prompts me to use the password associated with that username. However, every time I select the autofill option, I receive an error message indicating that either my username or password is incorrect. As someone with limited computer skills, I would greatly appreciate assistance from a real person to resolve this issue. Is there a contact number I can use to seek help? Despite being informed that the problem was fixed, I just tried to log in again, and the same issue persists. Contrary to what was stated by pof an hour ago, the problem remains unresolved.

I recently received an email from [redacted] stating my account was compromised. I called 1-[redacted], spoke with a representative who directed me to GoToAssist. After a session with a technician, my account was supposed to be secured, but I never received the promised password reset link or instructions. Upon calling back, I was instructed to buy Apple iTunes gift cards to verify my identity, which I found suspicious and declined. This experience has been frustrating, and I'm eager to regain access to my POF account. Antoinette Clarke (NAB1950) [redacted]

I recently signed up on POF and started messaging people, but my account was unexpectedly deleted. I attempted to create a new one, only to have it deleted repeatedly within 30 minutes. Despite trying different names, I kept getting a message saying the name was already in use. I did not engage in inappropriate behavior, yet my account was removed. It seems like someone might have complained about me causing this issue. I would appreciate if someone could help me resolve this matter and unblock my email so I can access my account again. Thank you.
After following the advice from GetHuman, I managed to register on POF.com. However, my profile was blocked once again shortly after spending time filling it out and taking tests. I only sent harmless messages like "do you like cats?" to others. The problem remains unresolved, and my profile keeps getting deleted.

I need assistance regarding a situation on the dating site POF (Plenty of Fish). I suspect I have been a victim of extortion by a user who may have posed as an adult. After deleting my account, I noticed that a conversation thread with the alleged user was missing, which I did not delete myself. I am looking to access my deleted account to retrieve this conversation for reference. If possible, I would appreciate help in identifying this user by examining any potential findings in the deleted account. I am willing to provide any necessary information for further investigation. I have also contacted a detective for assistance. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My account has been compromised. The email linked to it is [redacted] When I attempt to log in, it rejects my password and shows another email address "[redacted]," which is not mine. This email belongs to someone associated with an abusive ex. It seems this person has taken over my account and another email as well. I have not received any password reset emails in my inbox or spam folder. I need to reply to important messages, so please resolve this quickly or I will delete my account with POF. I provided my business email, but you can also contact me at the zoho address. I doubt I will receive your response there. You can reach me at [redacted]. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by these deceitful individuals.

Hi,
I have noticed that the way the upgraded profile is advertised in the app is misleading. It seems like you will be charged monthly, but once you agree to the subscription, you are billed a lump sum. I would have been willing to pay a few dollars monthly for the service, but a lump sum like that is unreasonable for a dating site. If I had known this was the case, I would not have upgraded. If I cannot be billed monthly, I would like to be refunded and have my account downgraded. It is important that you clearly state that the money will be taken immediately and stop advertising monthly rates that are not actually available. I understand that this may be a marketing strategy, but it is deceptive.

My name is Darrick F. and I'm having trouble with my POF subscription. After a decent start, I faced issues with messages not sending and not receiving messages. Now, I can't log in because it says my username or password is wrong, despite it being correct. I tried to reset my password multiple times with no luck. When I called customer service, the representative was rude and unhelpful. I also keep getting emails about new matches I can't see. I paid for a 2-month subscription and several boost packages, but it's been disappointing. I want a quick resolution to the problem or a full refund if it can't be fixed promptly.

On May 26, I couldn't access my account. I kept receiving an error message stating "wrong username or password." Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I didn't receive a password reset link via email. This is the sixth email I'm sending to address this issue. On May 27, I created a new profile. I'm requesting to transfer the upgraded membership I purchased on May 15, [redacted], under the username cd71966, to my new profile created on May 27 under the username pacu7. The email linked to the new profile is [redacted] The membership I selected was for eight months, and I would appreciate an additional four months added at no extra cost, along with 50 tokens credited to the pacu7 profile. I've been trying to resolve this issue since May 26, and it's now Monday, April 28, with no resolution. I urgently request to be contacted at [redacted]. Additionally, please send an email to [redacted] promptly. If I don't receive a call or email by 7:30 Eastern Standard Time on May 28, I will have to raise a dispute for the charge made on my credit card on May 15, [redacted], with my credit card company. Thank you.

I'm experiencing an issue with my Plenty of Fish account. I initially created it on the app, which is fine, but when I tried to set it up on the standard website using my Hotmail account, I encountered activation problems. Despite numerous attempts with new accounts, I kept getting an error message stating my password was not recognized, prompting me to retrieve my password repeatedly. On the website, a username is stuck there permanently that I wish to have removed. Additionally, I receive alerts on my Hotmail account with a different username from the one on my app, although similar. I want these notifications to stop on my Hotmail account and also want to remove my username from the registration page as it serves no purpose. I simply want to use the app with my Gmail account. Your assistance in resolving these issues is greatly appreciated.

I recently received an email dated 20th May [redacted] from you, regarding an account registered under the name Libby_Doherty154, using my email address [redacted] I want to clarify that I have not created this account. I am a male in a heterosexual relationship residing in the UK. On the same date, I received notifications from POF about messages from male users in the Pacific Standard Time zone. I have not received any further messages since then. I tried to reset the password using my email but have not received the reset link. I seek confirmation on whether this account is active, based in the UK, and if this is due to user error or possibly ID theft. I await your swift response as this situation has caused great concern to my partner and me. Thank you. Sincerely, Danny D.

My daughter could be in danger of sex trafficking, and I believe you took money from my card without authorization. I have spoken with Cyrus#[redacted] and Ben Parker901az at your company, but the fraudulent account is still active. Despite being told it was stopped, I haven't received any proof of a refund. They are delaying confirming my refund and have been unhelpful on the phone. The funds were taken the same day but will take 3-5 days to return. I am frustrated with this situation and may need to contact further authorities. Kindly close the account and rectify the situation promptly - there are concerns about teenagers being on adult dating sites.

This is my third time reaching out to Rite Aid. I have made three phone calls already. I spoke with Cyrus at extension [redacted] and also with Ben Parker, extension [redacted] AZ, from Philadelphia. Ben asked me to visit him, which was inappropriate since I'm contacting them due to someone fraudulently using my card. My initial call was about 4 hours ago. I am still receiving unwanted notifications from Plenty of Fish (POF), despite requesting to end the emails associated with them hours ago. I was assured a refund within 3 days. It's concerning I spoke with the same people during my calls. If my daughter faces any danger due to this issue, legal action will be taken as POF needs to remove [redacted] promptly. The unauthorized transactions occurred the same day as the account setup, but I only noticed today. I expect the $83.68 to be refunded promptly. The service from Rite Aid in the Philadelphia area is unacceptable, as they have abruptly ended calls. This matter needs urgent attention considering the seriousness of the situation.

Hello, I visited POF today and found myself logged out of my account. When I attempted to log back in, I received an error message stating that my password was invalid. Despite several attempts to reset my password, I did not receive the email to do so. I decided to create a new account using a different email address, but encountered the same issue as with my previous account. This is the first time in my 5 years of using the site that I have faced such a problem. I have now lost contact with people and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I have one concern about using filters on POF, such as stars and dog ears, as they make people look like cartoons and not themselves. I think it's important to ban these filters and encourage users to have clear, unedited front-facing photos showing their actual appearance. Many users misrepresent their weight, causing misunderstandings. Transparency is key. I have noticed fewer fake accounts lately but am vigilant in reporting any. I am willing to help in any way I can. Best, Jon.

I would like to address the issue of fake accounts on Plenty of Fish. The increasing prevalence of inappropriate adult content in ads is concerning. While the site is for individuals aged 18 and above, many find such content offensive and against the terms of use. It is important for the platform to uphold its own guidelines regarding nudity in profile pictures. I am prepared to take further action if this matter is not promptly resolved. Thank you.

I purchased a $50 iTunes card last Thursday to upgrade my account with the help of a customer service representative. After providing the prepaid number, I was informed it would take 24 hours for my account to activate. The next day, on Friday, I eagerly checked but found it wasn't upgraded. The representative advised me to call back on Monday. Feeling frustrated, I contacted them again on Monday only to be met with disrespect. The reps all sounded East Indian, and it seemed like they were not addressing my issue properly. I don't seek a refund, just a solution to upgrade my account.

I have blocked and reported two men on POF. Last week, I received an extremely inappropriate and explicit email from a man in his late 50s living in Olympia, Washington, mistaking my location for Seattle. His message made me feel uncomfortable and was disrespectful. Does POF take these reports seriously? As a free site, I understand there might be limitations, but I question whether individuals like this man should be allowed on the platform.

It seems like many people on this site expect to engage in intimate activities during their first meeting. I recently met someone whom I connected with intellectually, but our interactions took a turn when he didn't respond to my message promptly. Despite my attempts to communicate my health situation and canceling our plans, he seemed uninterested. After several unsuccessful messages, I expressed my disappointment at his lack of courtesy, but he unexpectedly blocked me. I am disheartened by this response and believe it was an overreaction given the circumstances. I wish I could apologize and possibly restart our interaction. If there is a way to reach out to him, his name is Steve and he is pictured with a black Porsche. Any assistance in resolving this situation would be appreciated. Thank you.

I was trying to locate someone on POF but couldn't find them, so I contacted POF customer service. I was informed that I needed to upgrade to VIP status for $99.99, which I couldn't afford. Despite my reluctance, I agreed to upgrade. The operator then transferred me to the SECURE 4 SURE website, where Cyrus assisted me in providing the person's details. After several attempts and being asked to call back in 10 or 20 minutes, I got frustrated. The number given was 1-[redacted], and by around 11:40 PM, I was too tired and exhausted from a recent car accident to continue. I made one last call, but they still couldn't locate the person. Now, I am extremely upset about the whole situation.

Hello,
I recently received an email from a user named "Laurali345" who mentioned sending me pictures. The email asked me to log in via a link to Gmail.
I have just uploaded new pictures to my Gallery on POF, but they are set to private. To view them, please click on the link provided or copy and paste it into a new browser. Once the page opens, log in using your POF account details to access my new home page. You will need to use your username and password to view the pictures at this link: [redacted].
After this interaction, my email name was changed from "Singlenice" to "SingleNice," and now I am having trouble logging in. Is there any way to recover my original email address?
Thank you,
Sidney Watkins
