Help with my Plentyoffish issue

The issue in GetHuman-thalfpen's own words
Hey this is my third time Rite Aid and I've already called three times also. I have talked to Cyrus number **** and I've also talked to Ben Parker number *** AZ from Philadelphia who also offended me by asking me if I could come see him. When I'm calling about a real matter of somebody fraudulently using my card. My first call had to be at least * hours ago and I am still receiving stuff from their account POF that I don't want to receive nor did I apply for nor did I give anybody any permission to do so. As of * hours ago the Plenty of Fish to the email that's associated with was supposed to end I am still being harassed by POF because they did not put it into the account. I was also told they would refund my money in * days. and I find it awfully funny that three different times I call conglomerate company and I talked to two of the same people both times. They better hope my daughter doesn't get *** trafficked and if they do not remove *****@***.com off, of their website I will be calling a lawyer, and the police for them allowing and underage child to be on their website I'm paying fraudulently with my debit card soley my debit card. My money was off of my card the same day the account was placed although I did not find out till today because I looked into my banking statements. But I believe if somebody took money off of my account and the same day that they can also process it back to my account the same day. And furthermore I believe that the company is messing with me because as I said this email was supposed to be absolutely to Plenty of Fish over * hours ago. I want my $**.** back not when you feel like it but in a timely fashion. British Columbia you might want to check up on your people down here in this so-called Philadelphia area because they just hang up on people they don't want to deal with. And there's real issues going on and people's life at stake here.
