I need to transfer my account, and the support team requires my ID. I sent the back side to the email on file, and I also re-sent the front side on 10.12.21. I haven't received any update from the support team yet. I haven't been able to use my PS4 for 2 months, and I've been trying to send my documents for 4 weeks now. I've called support 15 times during this period. My case is with the specialized department, but they haven't contacted me since 08.12.21. My patience is running thin.

I need help resetting the password for a PlayStation account because we can't remember it. The birthday was used for verification, but my son entered the wrong date to bypass age restrictions, and now he can't recall it to reset the password. He purchased PS Plus for one month and wants to keep his subscription. We have access to the email account and can provide some details based on emails received from Sony. We have tried to chat with the chatbot multiple times without success. If feasible, can we communicate in Polish? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have been unfairly banned twice from Sony Playstation 4 online due to false reports from a group of kids. They targeted me because I outperformed them in games. I believe this is unjust, as they made false claims simply because they were upset with me. I urge Sony to thoroughly investigate this matter by reviewing all chats and audio recordings. I request copies of these materials to consider taking legal action. It is important for Sony to uphold a fair code of conduct and not allow individuals to be targeted without proper investigation or a chance to defend themselves. The bullying and banning orchestrated by this group of players should not go unnoticed.

At 9:00, while playing Red Dead Redemption 2, everything was fine. After a quick breakfast break, I returned to the game only to be prompted to insert the data disk as if it was the first time I installed it. I attempted to reset my PS4, but that did not resolve the issue. To safeguard my progress, I backed up my saved data on both a USB drive and PS Plus cloud storage before proceeding with a reinstallation. Unfortunately, the process got stuck at the halfway mark when inserting the play disk. I am concerned about the possibility of having to purchase a new disk, especially since the original one contained preorder bonuses.

As the email holder for my son's PS4 account, I want to address the suspension notification I received recently. My son has been playing without any issues for over a year and suddenly got suspended for 7 days. I find it hard to believe he did or said something offensive since he doesn't play late at night. A player filed a complaint against my account during a game discussion that led to threats. Despite muting the player, they threatened to have me banned and even hack into my router. Subsequently, I was unexpectedly kicked out of the game and banned from my account for a month. I have been unable to contact PlayStation to address these threats since the ban is temporary. I seek a resolution to have the player who made threats banned. The chat room I manage has become quiet due to fear of messages being reported. I have created a new PlayStation account, but my PS+ subscription will expire soon. I also created a new chat room to avoid the threatening player. Assistance in this matter is appreciated, as the player's actions have instilled fear. I hope for a permanent suspension on the player's account to prevent further harm to the PlayStation community.

I received an invitation to purchase a PS5 from PlayStation Direct and was instructed to log in at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. I waited in a queue for 56 minutes only to find out that all PS5 units were sold out. Instead, I was prompted to buy controllers and games at full price, items readily available elsewhere. The lack of information regarding the stock situation and the tactic of making customers wait without notice feels dishonest. I've been a loyal PlayStation customer for over 20 years and have spent a significant amount of money. Being misled and having my time wasted is unacceptable. Why can't we purchase the reserved PS5 when it's available, without going through the process again and facing more delays? This experience is frustrating, and I hope PlayStation improves their system and treats customers with more respect.

My son's PlayStation account belonging to Phoenix has been blocked following a refund from my Chase account which was redeemed back to Chase - $[redacted] for $10.88 during August 30 to September 30, [redacted]. Consequently, he is unable to access his account containing approximately 50 games purchased with his own funds. I kindly request for his account to be reinstated independently from the refund transaction with Chase. I would like the opportunity to discuss this matter further with a representative if necessary. I was in the middle of downloading GTA 5 when my game unexpectedly restarted. Upon coming back, I was shocked to find that all my accounts, including my father’s, were missing. I can't even access my own account, oneogday-yt, as I can't recall the email or password. I am seeking a refund for my PlayStation Plus subscription, which I have had for two months with a 12-month plan, as well as a refund for the game Cold War that I purchased.

My DualSense 4 controller is unresponsive and won't charge or turn on. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps on the PlayStation website, including switching the battery with another controller, but it remains non-functional. It was working just fine yesterday but is completely unresponsive now. I attempted resetting the controller, changing USB ports and cords, and even using a charging stand, but nothing has resolved the issue. I'm unsure about what my next steps should be.

Good morning.. Yesterday, my account was blocked for messaging a player saying he was dirty like everyone from his country.. He was playing to waste time and to cage me, not giving me a chance to catch up in the game.. It seems unfair to suspend me for just expressing my frustration.. You can review my messages to other players, I usually congratulate those who beat me.. It's clear here that players who play dirty are defended.. and they get away with it.. Well, if that's what you want, you have one less player now.. You can keep the toxic people who enjoy upsetting other players.. Hello, I regret to inform you that I received an email today stating that my account has been suspended due to a chargeback violation. The Mastercard ending in [redacted], belonging to ISHA SHANNON, was used for my 2[redacted] and 2[redacted] PSN subscription fees. However, I recently learned that these charges have been occurring monthly, and they have been disputed, resulting in the chargeback from PSN. Upon reviewing my financial transactions, you will see that this card has been linked to my account for months without any other expenses besides the subscription purchases. All other transactions were made using PSN cards. Despite understanding your chargeback policy, I kindly request that my account be reinstated to update my payment method for subscription renewal. I have tried to add my Mastercard for future purchases and subscriptions and would appreciate your guidance in setting this up. I hope for a swift resolution that benefits both parties. To whom it may concern, I downloaded Call of Duty: Vanguard from another profile on my PlayStation, which I later deleted, and then purchased the disc version. However, since I had already downloaded it digitally, I am unable to install the campaign add-ons from the disc. Despite trying to delete the game and all saved data and re-download it, I still cannot install the disc version of the campaign. Can you advise me on how to resolve this issue? I paid £60 for the game and I am unable to access all of its features. I would appreciate a prompt response. Kind regards

I recently lost access to my account. I attempted to reset my password, but I did not receive any emails from Sony or PlayStation. My brother checked and noticed that my privacy settings have been changed, preventing me from accessing my account. My account is associated with the UAE. During the Christmas season, my children rely on playing games, and I usually spend a significant amount on buying games and Fifa points. Hello, I recently logged into my PS5 and encountered an issue where it prompted me to log back into the PlayStation Network. Strangely, it stated that either my email or password was incorrect. Upon checking my email, I discovered a message from Sony stating that my sign-in ID (email address) was changed on the 16th. I did not authorize this change and I am unable to find proper support on their website to address this matter.
