My PlayStation 4 account under the name o_Weezy was hacked a few years back, around [redacted] or [redacted], I think. I recently retrieved my account email and password. However, upon logging in, I encountered a 2-factor authentication screen, something I never set up on my o_Weezy account. Is there a way to remove the 2FA from my account?

While I had to stay home for a week due to Covid, my younger sibling played on my Dead by Daylight account without permission. Unfortunately, he violated the terms of service by sending inappropriate messages in the game. I take full responsibility for this and will ensure it doesn't occur again by securing my account with a password. I am interested in appealing this ban. My account username is Legendjackers.

I redeemed a voucher for the BF [redacted] Ultimate Edition but didn't download it immediately. I received confirmation of redemption, and it's shown in my transaction history. However, when I try to purchase the game bundle, it shows an error message stating I already own a conflicting product, the "BF [redacted] ULTIMATE UPGRADE TRACKER." This is for my boyfriend, and I'm concerned I may have wasted $70. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

During the Covid pandemic, my account was suspended after my bank blocked my card due to insufficient funds, causing my monthly PS4 Plus charges to be canceled and resulting in a ban on my account. I am struggling financially as I recently had a baby and need to prioritize their well-being over repaying the debt. A few days ago, my PlayStation account was hacked. I discovered fraudulent transactions in my bank account and noticed that my sign-in ID was changed, leaving me unable to access my own account. I noticed an unauthorized charge of £19.99 on my bank account from the PlayStation Network. I did not make any purchases or have active subscriptions aside from my yearly one, which isn't due for renewal yet. Despite checking my PlayStation account multiple times, I could not find any record of the transaction. Concerned that it might be a scam or lead to further unauthorized charges, I promptly contacted my bank. They assured me and canceled my card for security reasons.

I recently purchased a Playstation 5 but encountered issues with signing into the Playstation Network. A message indicated that the services for the PS5 were suspended. Despite following all guidelines, I have been unable to resolve this matter. After speaking with a live agent (case #[redacted]0) and attempting a reset, the issue persists. I have not had success in resolving this through chat support. I hope for a solution to unban either the PS5 or my account, as I realize now that buying a console from a third party may cause complications. I purchased my PS4 early in [redacted]. When I needed customer support due to a controller issue in November, I encountered difficulties reaching assistance, being bounced between the phone line and online support. Unfortunately, no one was able to resolve the problem, and now that my warranty has expired, I'm left with a malfunctioning controller. I am frustrated with the lack of support, especially during the challenges brought on by the pandemic. Despite being a loyal customer since the PS1 days, I am reconsidering future purchases from Sony and PlayStation unless this issue is addressed promptly and effectively.

I am having an issue with linking my card. It won't let me link it to my account or make purchases even though there is money on the card. I discovered that my card is registered in Serbia, as I am from there, but my account is set to the United Kingdom where there is no option to select Serbia as the region. This is causing issues with using or linking my card. Can this be resolved? Thanks.

I have a PlayStation account under the username JJ-Doom90. I got banned due to a purchase reversal caused by a hack on my card. An unauthorized purchase was made on a different PS4, and my aunt, noticing this, requested a reversal for that specific purchase. However, instead of reversing that one transaction, they reversed all of them, which led to my account being banned. While playing Fortnite battle royale solos, I encountered a frustrating situation. A player shot at me with a sniper, but it didn't seem to make contact yet the game registered it as a hit. When I retaliated with a rifle headshot that should have been fatal, the game didn't register it. Subsequently, the opponent's AR shot, which missed me, was counted as a hit and resulted in my demise. I have recorded footage of this incident. I kindly request that Epic Games rectify these issues in the game and consider compensating me with either v-bucks or an in-game item.

I am hoping to regain access to my PS4 account before Christmas this year. While playing, I received text messages of someone being bullied for their gameplay skills. I decided to confront the bullies, which unfortunately led to me also being banned. It was a misunderstanding, and I have learned from the experience. Being banned on Christmas would be disappointing. I am eager to rectify the situation and continue enjoying my gaming experience.

9 months ago, I purchased a PSN account. I recall connecting the account to one of my emails and phone numbers. 2 days ago, a power issue caused my Playstation to reset. I attempted to log in with all my accounts but none were successful. I have been struggling to regain access to the account. I have evidence to prove my ownership, such as screenshots of the 2FA SMS, the account ID, online ID, and various account pictures. On 24/12/[redacted], while playing on my account, I joined a group with different people and asked if anyone wanted to play with me. Sadly, no one responded. I thought it was okay, but then a person started insulting me, my mother, my race, and where I live. I found this behavior unacceptable. I warned them that I would report them, but they continued and threatened to have my account banned the next day. Now, I have been banned unfairly. Please consider shortening or removing the ban since I did nothing wrong and was the victim in this situation.
