I have been trying non-stop to cancel my PlayStation Plus subscription without success. Despite not finding any contact number or relevant information for a month, I have received a notification of a payment deduction from my PayPal account. Over Christmas, my son received a new phone, and unfortunately, he inadvertently reset his PlayStation account password, not realizing that I had set up two-step authentication for security. As a result, he was logged out of both his devices. Seeking assistance through online support was challenging as I struggled to locate the serial number on his console, causing frequent disconnections during chat sessions. I now have all the necessary information, including the serial number, to provide when contacting them again. It was a learning experience for me as a parent to be more aware of these security measures while ensuring access to his gaming account.

Hello, I have a serious problem. Today, I managed to win the last trophy in the game Dark Souls 2 Sotfs. When I received a warning that I had earned a platinum trophy, the PlayStation got disconnected from the internet and I couldn't reconnect for a few minutes. When I finally rejoined, the trophy was not counted for me! I am terribly upset about this. How could this happen? I spent countless hours on this for it to not count. Can you please help me with this issue? Or will I need to start over from the beginning? The video showing how I earned the trophy is saved, but the trophy itself is missing. I am frustrated by this situation and would appreciate your help in resolving it. Thank you.

Hello, my name is James, and I am reaching out to request a refund for a game my son accidentally purchased. The game in question is Riders Republic, which he bought on my PS5 console. Unfortunately, he misunderstood and thought it was a different game he was interested in. He typically enjoys playing Fortnite and shooter games, not titles like Riders Republic. He received PlayStation gift cards for Christmas and is upset that he used his only Christmas money on the wrong game. I recently relocated to the United States from New Zealand. While I can access my PlayStation account that I initially set up in New Zealand, it is currently region locked. I've accumulated a significant amount of money on this account and find it disheartening that I'm restricted to only playing games. The thought of starting from scratch or constantly having to source New Zealand PlayStation gift cards is quite frustrating. I'm eager to find a solution to alter my account's region if possible. I don't mind providing any necessary documents to prove my current residency in America. This account holds sentimental value for me, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. I purchased PlayStation Plus and a couple of games around Christmas. One day, I got into a party chat and got annoyed with a child I think is around 7 years old, so I called him "Trash." I'm worried I might be suspended for using a word, even though I am African American. I admit I didn't read the Terms and Conditions carefully and wasn't aware. I've been suspended for over 24 hours now, and I just want to use the purchases I made before they expire. I promise that if I am given another chance, I will never violate the Terms of Service when using PlayStation again.

While playing Rocket League with my friends, I had a rough game, and another player told me to harm myself, which upset me. Instead of blocking him, I reacted angrily and exchanged heated words. Later, he joined our PlayStation party and made alarming threats. I received a ban for my reaction, while he faced no consequences. I believe he should be suspended too as he clearly violated the harassment policy by starting with "KYS." It's frustrating that he is not held accountable, especially when it's a breach of the terms of service.

During my summer abroad, I discovered an unauthorized charge on my bank statement from PlayStation. Despite my attempts to contact PlayStation for a refund being unsuccessful, my bank was able to assist and issued the refund. Unfortunately, upon trying to access my PlayStation account later, I found it suspended without prior notice. When I attempted to appeal, I was prompted for my PSN Online ID, which I no longer recall. Regaining access to it seems challenging without accessing the PlayStation network.

Yesterday, while playing with my friend on PvZ GW2, I received an email at 21:32 notifying me that my account's email address had been changed, which I did not do. Then at 21:36, I was disconnected from my account. Upon trying to log back in, I realized I couldn't because the email had been changed. I suspect it was hacked. I've invested $[redacted] into this account and now I'm unable to access it. I've attempted to reach out to PS4 assistance, but have not received any response. My ID is saze_dragon07-. The latest email associated with the account is [redacted], and the latest password is Ziuzkov12.

I recently tried to access an account I haven't used in 3-4 years to retrieve some in-game items. I forgot the password and attempted to recover it on the PSN login screen. After receiving the email link to change my password, I hit a roadblock when it asked me to verify my identity by providing my date of birth. I had hastily created the account when I was 12 years old and used a random birthdate. Consequently, I am now unable to access my account due to this issue. I am willing to provide any necessary information to regain access to my old account.

I recently made a purchase on my PS4 account, but it seems to have charged me around 23 times. Although I removed my card from the account, I continued receiving emails about two more purchases. I had already canceled the card, and fortunately, there were no additional charges. My bank suggested it could be 3rd party fraud due to the repeated charges. I believe my account was compromised, leading to these unauthorized recurring charges. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter and having my account restored, as this situation was not caused by me.

Yesterday, I received an email stating that my child's account has been suspended for 30 days. My child was involved in a share play session with other kids, particularly with a user named Silvatwins, who misused the account by loading inappropriate information. I kindly request an investigation into Silvatwins' account and suspension as needed. I would greatly appreciate it if the account "[redacted]" could be given another chance and not have to wait the full 30 days, as some Christmas gifts are reliant on PlayStation activities.

I've had my PS account for about 10 years, but I recently started purchasing digital games for my PS5. One day, I noticed I wasn't signed in, so I tried logging in. Unfortunately, it said my password was incorrect. I attempted to reset my password by providing my email address, but I never received the reset email from PlayStation across multiple email addresses. Two days ago, I called customer support and endured a 30-minute wait before being placed on a callback list. Regrettably, I missed the return call several hours later.

The only other person who has access to my account is my brother, and I suspect he might be involved. I played a prank on my friend, and he owes me $25 worth of PSN. He said he had a card, so I gave him my account details. He started typing curse words and weird stuff in our group chat, then he reported the messages he wrote on my account. The next day, I wasn't banned, and I thought I only received a warning. I went outside until 5:37; when I returned, I was signed out of PSN. Upon checking my notifications, I discovered that I was temporarily banned.

I've been experiencing some problems with my PS4 lately. I kept getting the error code SU-[redacted]-6. I tried various solutions, but nothing seemed to work. Eventually, I decided to purchase a new hard drive in hopes of resolving the issue. However, when I installed the new hard drive and attempted to power on the PS4, I encountered a message stating that a USB device needed to be connected for it to turn on. I have never used a USB device with my PS4 before, so this was puzzling. I've tried everything I can think of to fix this new problem, but unfortunately, nothing has been successful. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
