My son turned his PlayStation* on and saw a message saying connect remote using usb which he did. Then he was given options saying restart, initialise and a few others and he chose initialise because he wasn’t sure what to do. Then the PlayStation reset and he was asked to log but he cannot remember any login details. Can you help as he’s spent nearly £*** of money on games that he has downloaded and doesn’t want to lose them. You can email me at *****@***.com
