I had an unexpected renewal of Playstation Plus on my credit card, I did a chargeback and then my account got banned. Several months later, I get an email saying my subscription of Playstation Plus will renew. I try to cancel it, but my account is banned. I try to figure out how to gain access to my account. I received an email saying I have an unpaid debt of $**.**, and that I need to pay it before gaining access to my account. From this position, it seems I have no choice, but to give up the big bucks to Sony. Well, I try to get in contact with playstations customer support, but they seem to not have any agents taking calls or anyone doing live chats. I'd like to cancel Playstation Plus, without having to pay the "debt" that I "owe".
