I recently moved back to Nepal from the US. I had created my Playstation account in the US with *-Step verification security setting. However, I do not have access to the phone that I used in the US anymore. Hence, I am unable to verify the login. I also do not have my backup codes with me. I am not logged into the account from any of my devices hence, I cannot disable the * step verification or get my back up codes. I bought all of my games using that account which I am unable to play now. Is there a way to give me access to my account and remove the * step verification?
