If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I have months left on my ps plus but it is saying I'm not a ps plus member. I have set *** to primary playstation, I've restarted, I'm not sure what else to do to get back online. I've paid for the service until November and it's now not working...

Reinstated licenses in the main settings menu which seems to have solved the issue. Very strange and never happened before, but hopefully that's the end of it.
