Playstation's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-jak_x_ a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-jak_x_'s own words
I do not have my phone with me as I am in a different country therefore I cannot get my * factor code to login to my account. When I went aboard my PS* updated and automatically signed me out of my account which contains all my downloaded games. Would you be able to please disable my * factor authrosiation I put on my account, as there is currently no way for me to get the code until I go back to my country.
GetHuman-jak_x_ did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
