My name is Melissa Artrip. I pre purchased the game call of duty black ops down on september **th for my sons birthday on October **th. When he tried to activate he was told by your customer service call team which was not located in the USA that he couldnt access the game without a monthly subscribtion to play station. First off my son has owned a ps* ps* ps* and ps* and this is the first time he has bought a game that requires an additional payment to play station. He has never heard of this before . I was told he could not get his money back because its been * weeks although it didnt come active until October **th. This is poor business management and I am very disappointed in play station. I was on hold for ** minutes before speaking to someone who kept repeating the same thing. My son does not want nor need a game he cant play. I believe I should get a refund. This should have been made aware to the consumer in very plain bold text especially since its a new way of doing things. I cant believe I spoke to two people in south america and now I am having to email the company. Unbelievable!!!!
GetHuman-artripda did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
