Hello I spoke with Joe today about refunding my money after it was taken out of my checking account when I do not have an account with you all. I was told take it up with your financial institution and we cannot help you with out user ID. after him telling me you have no account with us after I told him this. So in my understanding PlayStation is just an easy set up for thieves. Very unhelpful and I lost $*** of my money and PlayStation did not want to help me along with Joe who would not tell me his last name. Lousy service and a good reason I do not use any of this childish stuff. Thank you! Leilani Roberts
