fraudulent charges were charged on my account. PlayStation said they were refunding ***.** to my debit card and that I would receive an email last Wednesday. I received nothing. I contacted playstation on Friday and was to receive an confirmation email yesterday and again received nothing. I am contacting you once again before I proceed with legal help. I have bills that need to be paid now. Not when PlayStation decided to refund my money. Again, if I don't get a certain answer about my refund I will proceed with legal help.
GetHuman-cindy_de did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
