im trying to transfer from buena park ca to norwalk ca and the employee is saying that my file still shows texas information. I transfered from texas over a year ago. My auto bill pay for my gym membership has my current information so why doesnt my file have that info as well? I dont know my account member number and its saying that i need to correct the key tag number. No i dont. I put in the exact key tag number that your employee gave me when she looked me up. I want to transfer and i want my info updated correctly.
