You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

On *********, I made a purchase using my bank Mastercard, presumably to a vendor (Chellysun: **********).**To date, I have not received the merchandize, which has been outstanding for almost one month and counting. Upon review of my bank statement, I've noticed that the payment was debited to a Paypal account.**I remain perplexed as to why that payment was directed to a Paypal account and still I have not received my order.**PLEASE HELP!!! **Thanks much.
