my last transaction threw PayPal. I haven't received my product. I ordered on the *th. I have tried to solve the problem with them. Viva email. I keep getting a tracking code that doesn't work. It already got returned to them * time after they said it was one its way. I have all the emails if you want them. Ive asked for my money back & their same reply is delivery service is slow its on it way. They said that in the beginning too. Im not satisfied & I don't have my product. I looked on the BBB to report them & found out that petlool is known for not sending out product or sending copying product out. This is why I paid threw you. Just incase this happened. Thank you TaraTullock
