Hello, a few hours ago I entered the *-digit code on my card statement and successfully confirmed my card, and I've also received an e-mail saying "we're able to remove the sending and withdrawal limits which we initially placed on your PayPal account," but I still can't pay. When I pay it tells me to link a card, and after I've typed in all the information of my already-confirmed card, it just says "We can't process your request right now. Please try again later." Should I wait for a few days after confirming my card for it to work? Please let me know if there's anything else I have to do since it's getting pretty frustrating, thank you!
