The issue in GetHuman-saverakk's own words
On May **, **** i woke up to see my account was now a business account, i recieved three completely random payments from an unfamiliar account ($***.** USD*Transaction ID: *S***************) ($***.** USD*Transaction ID: *TX******M******L) ($**.** USD*Transaction ID: ********D*******), and that my account also sent two personal payments to another random account (-$***.** CAD*Transaction ID: **X**************) (-$**.** CAD*Transaction ID: *YA*************P). So because this wasn't me who sent these payments I reported these payments and tried to file a dispute and because I couldnt call and explain myself. The case was closed and I didn't get the money I lost back. On the same day May **,**** i remembered that i still had money in my account so i decided to transfer to my debit card just to avoid the same problem happening. Then yesterday May **,**** I recieved a text message from paypal that read "PayPal Fraud Alert: Are you trying to pay $***.** USD? If yes, reply *. If no, reply *." So i replied with "*" which was no and continued to change my password. The next day, May **,**** I was on my phone then i seen i got a text from paypal saying i sent $***.** USD to someone (-$***.** USD*Transaction ID: **M*****D********). I knew someone was in my account so i went to go change my information hoping it would log whoever was in my account out but as i was filing another dispute on this new charge i was signed out of my account so i tried to sign back in and my password wasnt working so i signed in via text once i was in my account again i saw my information was changed and i kept getting emails saying i changed my email and password and phone number so the person who had my account was trying to lock me out of the account so i enables an authenticator and and stripped my account of cards and banks which worked to get the person off my account then i deleted chrome and it turns out my chrome had malware on it which I assume is how this person got my account. After that i filed another dispute which was declined again which is unfair because i tried to call the paypal office but i was sent to voicemail due to COVID-**.
GetHuman-saverakk did not yet indicate what PayPal should do to make this right.
