I was charged for the product **.** on Dec *. DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCT. opened a claim. PP-***-***-***-***,you sided with swellecomm. The tracking number said delivered. Well I still do not have the insoles I paid for. I have tried and tried to contact customer service. Through email no response!! I have emailed PayP*****@***.com and *****@***.com. I have made * phone calls to customer service*-***-***-**** First on hold for over an hour I gave up. Second call on hold for ** minutes then hung up. I am currently on hold again it has been **:** classical piano music playing and a message every minute " we are experiencing an unusually high call volume your estimated wait is more than ** minutes." This is infinite...............there is no customer service just cruel and unusual punishment
GetHuman-mtthread did not yet indicate what PayPal should do to make this right.
