request money by invoice from customer who does not have a paypal acct, so is using his C*C ... my customer is trying to pay invoice **** for $***.**. says he's followed links * times to use his C*C but no payment is shown at my end. Customer is Joseph at J*****@***.com*i am Nick Sinclair *****@***.com*HELP, please call me or email my customer to offer a solution. I really don't want to lose the sale!
customer does not seem very familiar with system and trying to communicate through messenger is both slow and annoying
