I ordered part **-******** which was shipped on August ** and I received an email waiting it arrived on August **. I have not receive this part. So I called costumer service today, August ** th and they stated it was left in the mailbox which is locked. You would have to have a key. *I would like a new part shipped to my as soon as possible within a few days without having to repay shipping and for the part itself
