Partsgeek offers its customers a 30-day return policy, which they're quite strict with. Items can no longer be returned after 30 days, and there are no exceptions. You need to have an RMA number to process a return. Items with no RMA number are refused. You also need an RMA number for each item. Note that can't process order cancellations because they package products almost immediately. You'll need to process a return if you don't want the item. Do you want to return an item to Partsgeek? Obtain an RMA Number

You can do this by submitting a support ticket. Just enter your email address and order number and tap Manage My Order. Use this link:

RMA numbers are usually issued within two to four business days. Wait for the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to be sent to your email, along with the complete instructions on how to process your return. If you don't get an RMA number within five business days, get in touch with Customer Support. You will receive multiple RMA numbers if you'll be returning multiple items.

Enter your email address to receive your order history. You'll get the list of orders within a few minutes.

Once you have the RMA number and are ready to ship the item, follow the steps below.

Check All Parts and Ensure They're in the RMA Email

Use a Carrier With Insurance and a Tracking Number

Write the RMA Number Clearly on the Outside of the Shipping Box

Never write the RMA number on the item's box or it will be refused.

Ship the Item


Note that customers handle the shipping fees when returning the item to Partsgeek. Refunds are processed within 14 business or less, depending on the warehouse. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card in two to five business days after the refund is processed. Those who paid with a check will also receive a check. The total amount of your refund is listed in your email; shipping fees won't be refunded. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to contact Customer Support.
