Partsgeek offers its customers a 30-day return policy, which they're quite strict with. Items can no longer be returned after 30 days, and there are no exceptions. You need to have an RMA number to process a return. Items with no RMA number are refused. You also need an RMA number for each item. Note that Partsgeek.com can't process order cancellations because they package products almost immediately. You'll need to process a return if you don't want the item. Obtain an RMA Number

You can do this by submitting a support ticket. Just enter your email address and order number and tap Manage My Order. Use this link: https://www.partsgeek.com/aboutus.html.

RMA numbers are usually issued within two to four business days. Wait for the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to be sent to your email, along with the complete instructions on how to process your return. If you don't get an RMA number within five business days, get in touch with Customer Support. You will receive multiple RMA numbers if you'll be returning multiple items.
