You guys charged my account twice, for the same subscription and there is no customer service number to fix this. I don’t know why you charged me twice, and because of this you guys caused me issues with my other bills to be paid. I have been with you guys for a long time, and you’ve never done this before. But now i’m unable to pay for my car insurance now because of this, and i’m not disputing the charge because i’m not going through the whole process of getting a new card and setting up all of my bill pay methods again. What can we do here to fix this?
