I called to cancel my subscription of $**.** and just keep the $*.** plan “* MONTHS AGO” and they told me they canceled it but they never did. I checked my account recently and realized you guys really screwed up and stole my money. * months of **.**. Was charged because my account was never switched back from the &**.** to the $*.** that I had. You guys stole like $** from my account. Not freaking cool. Not sure how hard it is to click a freaking button and cancel a subscription but apparently you guys have rookies working who don’t know what they’re doing. I’m sorry to be venting via email but I’m REALLY PISSED! You would be pissed too if it happened to you. I want my money back. You guys need to do something about this issue.
