The issue in GetHuman-glara's own words
since we started paying for our account, we have been able to listen on multiple devices. I had it on my phone, my wife had it on her phone, our TV And some times she would be listening to it outside, while i was listening at work. Today, i get the message saying that someone else is listening my account, and now we can't listen on different devices? why is happening since it wasn't happening before.
GetHuman-glara did not yet indicate what Pandora Radio should do to make this right.
