If you believe you have been overcharged on your billing please review the previous months bill and the new bill to compare where the charges may have come from. A small increase may be a result of an change in taxes in your area.
The issue in GetHuman-macstew's own words
I was charged for a Pandora account in the amount of $**.**. I have not subscribed to Pandora and can't even use it as it runs my phone battery down. I would like this charge removed on my bank account. You may contact me at *****@***.com*or *****@***.com. I have been trying for over * hours to contact you to no avail.
They could make this right by reversing the charge.
I tried to contact iTunes but was unable to do so.
I have an issue with Pandora Radio too
