Help with my Pandora Radio issue

I ordered Pandora radio days ago I’ve already been charged to the bank I still cannot get replay and I’m still getting a lot of commercials i’m paying for Pandora premium I hope I will not be charged for all these days that I have paid and still getting commercials I’ve had Pandora premium for a while now don’t disappoint me I hope to get a response soon otherwise reimburse me back my money and just cancel the service for me I’ve been trying to get this thing resolved for days now no one has written to me or call me
