My Puppy and I are in our second week of Puppy training one and I want to cancel. I signed up for both puppy one and two. The reason is the trainer seems knowledgeable but I do not agree with some of the techniques. I am going by AKC guidelines and the technique's are different than what my expectations are. Its a * week class and the trainer is not going to be there next week. I would assume it was a planned absence but I was not informed that we would not have a class in the third week and as well as for a *th week and I feel that the make up should be for the customer not the trainers. I did ask and a substitute teacher was not an option . Thank you
