I have been a long term, loyal and satisfied Petco customer. My reward number is **********. I have found your customer service reps to have always been courteous, helpful and flexible in trying to help me with orders and promotions. In my last contact to Petco.com, however, I had a very unpleasant interaction eith a supervisor named Jessica . I had requested that a promotion on my e mail be honored as it had no expiration in the face of the e mail. She said, she could not honor it and she would not even offer to override a charge for shipping on a large order. After hanging up, I learned that she put a note in my reward record, not to allow me any future promotions. I found this curt response, rude and inconsiderate of my long term loyalty. I believe this, more importantly, may be illegal? Secondly, this is terrible customer service for a member that has spent thousands at Petco over the years. I am planning to move my business to Chewy.com, who offers free shipping on all products, and even lower prices on many items, than you offer. I would like to return to Petco and continue my relationship iwith you, but only if this matter can be resolved in a satisfying manner. I would think you would wish to reward and give most flexibility to customers with a long term relationship ito you, and to one,mike myself who spends thousands !
