check on my warranty hold up of three months ... the customer service rep told me that the * year warranty I had purchased for my rug was actually purchased for the $** rug pad, and even if it was for the carpet, the time frame to are a claim had expired.
I had contacted OVERSTOCK the day after the rug and pad suffered damage, and have received the pad, but I had to call warranty department as well to report rug, as the rug was too damaged to send back.
Please honor your warranty and send me my replacement rug. I have spoken to customer care and they are on my side* however, I ( they) can't get warranty to move any faster, and now I see the problem has been escalated because of the Warranty department lagging on my investigation.
I have an issue with Overstock.com too
