I had trouble accessing Ourtime on December 18th and had been experiencing issues for several days. Thankfully, at 1:00 pm on the same day, I received a notification that my password had been updated successfully, which allowed me to use the website for the rest of the day. However, today I've been unable to login despite trying all day. It's important for me to be able to access Ourtime consistently as people rely on me for communication through the platform, and any disruptions can affect the relationships I've established. Hello, I was a member of Our Time last year for about 3 months. I canceled my subscription around October/November and haven't used the service since then. Despite this, I noticed a charge of £74.97 on my credit card statement in December. Upon further review, I realized I have been billed since last December. It appears that my account has been compromised, as there seems to be an unauthorized subscription on your site. I used to be a member of OurTime, but I cancelled my subscription last spring. I am dismayed to see a purchase made on 12/22/20 for $83. I found the confirmation email in my junk folder thanking me for the payment. I did not make this purchase and would like your prompt assistance in resolving this issue. While the charge does not yet reflect on my bank statement, I am concerned. I keep receiving emails regarding fraudulent members I have interacted with on your site. I need to know their previous profiles to understand what information they might have obtained from me. Just looking at their names is not sufficient; I require access to their profile pictures for identification. Paying members like myself are left in the dark when we are unable to view which individuals have been banned for illegal activities and may possess our information. The issue lies in the abundance of non-paying individuals on the site who are attempting to deceive others, and their numbers are increasing daily. - Mar6256

I am dissatisfied with my experience on the Our Time dating site. The search criteria I set are not being followed, as I keep receiving repeated matches that are not even close to my location. I would like to cancel my subscription immediately. I followed the instructions provided on the Our Time site to cancel through the Settings, but I could not find any option to cancel my account or manage my account status. My account number is 004D02, and I wish to disable the automatic renewal feature.

I don't have an account with your services, but keep receiving emails claiming I do. I am unable to cancel it as I lack the login information. The emails are being sent to my address at [redacted] Kindly remove my email and cancel this account, as I did not create it and my name seems to have been used without my permission. I am having an issue accessing OurTime through my computer. Instead of the regular site, I am being directed to the UK site, OurTimeUK. When I try to log in with my usual email and password, it prompts me to reset my password for security reasons. However, when I try to reset my password through the link provided, I never receive the email to do so. Yesterday, I did get an email, but clicking on the link just takes me back to the UK site. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I am interested in using PayPal as a form of payment. Unfortunately, I have recently experienced a hacking incident and am in the process of obtaining a new credit card with updated numbers. I am eager to reconnect with Karen from Sebring, Florida, whom I met on OurTime last September. I had some unfortunate experiences with Donna from Sidney, New York, and am hoping to reach out to Karen. I prefer to use PayPal for communication. My OurTime account has been hacked, and someone has been using my profile to contact men. This is very upsetting. I had to delete my profile because of this issue. One of the emails sent using my name and profile is completely different from how I would communicate. This has happened multiple times in the past week. I am considering closing my account due to this breach. Can you recommend another dating site, or I may have to leave and leave a negative review. Thank you, Steffani Powell

I am a new member and I have no complaints so far. However, I am a bit confused about how to utilize your contact system. When I receive a first contact from someone interested, how do I interact with the symbols of the heart and black bubble under their photo? Is there a section on your website where your system is explained in more depth that I can review? I have a 6-month membership that I am considering canceling before Feb. 26. I would like to understand the system better before that date so I can start engaging with others. Please provide assistance before then as I am unable to take action at the moment. Thank you in advance! P.S. I prefer not to call from Portugal as I can only make free calls from 9 pm to 9 am, and your opening hours are later than that. After 9:01 am, I would be charged nearly 1 Euro per minute.

I am feeling tired as it's late here. If my complaints are not resolved by tomorrow, I will escalate this matter further. I have been a customer on and off for quite a few years and need urgent information about my account. I want to clarify that I am not generally dissatisfied, but struggling to make changes upsets me and makes me feel like it's all about money for OurTime.com. I request a call during daytime hours tomorrow, Sunday 3/21/21. If I don't receive a call, I may consider discontinuing my OurTime membership and sharing my experience with friends. I have been a member of OurTime since September [redacted]. I have been receiving almost daily emails at my [redacted] address, but when I click on them, it redirects me to another site prompting me to join OurTime again. There seems to be a login issue where I am unable to sign in, receiving a message that my credentials are invalid, but I never receive any follow-up emails. My other email, [redacted], is also linked to my account, which I haven't used for OurTime. I haven't had access to OurTime since March 8, [redacted]. Some parts of the site request my account number, but I can't provide that without accessing my account. Please resolve this issue promptly or refund my payment. If not, I may consider joining another dating site.

I have contacted OurTime twice to cancel my account. I requested a refund, but they refused. I specifically asked them to remove my pictures from their site and to stop sending me any photos of men. Despite explaining that I am engaged to a man I met through their website, I am still receiving pictures of men and now even women. I made it clear that I am not interested in women. They mentioned my subscription ended in April, but I emphasized that I do not want my pictures displayed. Despite my efforts, they continue to show my pictures. I am unable to reach them anymore. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Approximately a month ago, I renewed my membership with Our Time for a discounted rate of £4.99 per month. Unfortunately, I have not received any invitations nor have I been able to access the website. Suggestions from a Microsoft advisor point to potential issues with site traffic or the site being flagged as harmful. I am unable to reach Our Time to cancel the auto-renewal, so I am requesting assistance with this cancellation and a refund of the unused subscription fee. I have instructed my bank to block any future charges from Our Time. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate Ombudsman, given the numerous negative reviews on Trust Pilot about similar experiences.

I am experiencing trouble upgrading my membership on OurTime.com using a TD Bank gift card with a $50.00 balance. Despite providing all necessary information, including the card number, name, expiration date, zip code, and CVV code, my attempts have been unsuccessful. I have tried different variations, such as using TD Bank or TD Bank Gift Card as the cardholder name, but to no avail. I am eager to take advantage of the current 65% off sale and seek guidance on how to proceed before the offer expires. Despite verifying that gift cards are accepted, my gift card continues to be declined. Is there a way for me to upgrade my membership using a Visa debit card (gift card) before the sale ends? I have suspicions about an individual named Jeffery Hayford that I have been in contact with online for a couple of weeks. He claimed to be working in Saudi Arabia for the next two weeks, but I noticed he was still active online. He mentioned contacting customer service to cancel his subscription, prompting me to question his motives. He was overly interested in obtaining my email, phone number, and WhatsApp contact details. When I called the phone number he provided, it had an unusual ringtone, and his WhatsApp calls had poor connectivity and a strong foreign English accent. When I provided a different email and phone number, he became upset, noting that the email did not display my name accurately. He also inquired about my name and noticed discrepancies with my maiden name. His inquiries about investments early on made me uneasy, as it seemed inappropriate for our fledgling connection. I suspect he may be a scammer or attempting to hack into my accounts. I am seeking advice on how to investigate this further.

I need to report a scam that happened when I was communicating with someone on a dating site around the end of March. Despite things seeming positive initially, the person repeatedly asked for my bank number and social security number to facilitate sending money to my account, which raised red flags for me. When I declined giving out this information, the individual stopped contacting me. The individual's name on the site is Estrella and the phone number provided is [redacted]. I suspect this person, claiming to work on an oil rig, is dishonest. I felt it necessary to warn others about this potential fraud. Thank you.
