I am having trouble logging into my paid OurTime seniors dating service. Every time I try, I'm directed to voicemail and can't get any assistance. I have been a customer for 9 days and have been hacked and stalked by a woman. I have notified OurTime numerous times, but no one has gotten back to me. I want the hacker caught, my account closed, and a refund for my 30-day subscription. Please protect my privacy. I do not want this woman having any information about me. Please close my account immediately; I want my identity secure. The customer service treatment has been awful. I want confirmation that the issue has been resolved and a refund from my bank. Cease any automatic payments and send any due refunds directly to my bank. Close my account promptly and reach out to me.

I recently ordered a Nectar mattress and frame (Order # [redacted]) from your company, which was delayed due to COVID-19. I appreciate the complimentary mattress cover and sheet set that I received promptly. However, when the mattress arrived in a shredded and messy box delivered by FedEx, I was quite disappointed with its condition. Thankfully, after speaking with Josh from Nectar, a replacement was sent, and the original mattress was picked up. Subsequently, the frame arrived two weeks later, and despite following the assembly instructions carefully, the frame did not support the mattress well. This was concerning as the bed is for my son, who is a dialysis patient and diabetic. My husband improvised by using straps from Walmart to secure the mattress. Unfortunately, we no longer have the original box, but I urgently need to return the frame due to its poor quality. I am dissatisfied and frustrated with this experience, as I expected better from Nectar.

I recently noticed some odd messages in my inbox that I did not write. It seems like someone has accessed my account and is communicating with others. Here is an example of a message that was sent without my knowledge: "Hello there! How are you doing today? I hope you are enjoying your day. I find your profile interesting and you seem genuine and honest. I am looking for a serious relationship and someone to be friends with. If you are interested, please provide me with your email address so I can send you more details about me. Nice meeting you and looking forward to hearing from you soon... Kenneth" I want to clarify that my name is not Kenneth, and I did not send this message.

Hello, I have been in communication with an individual identifying as Alex Walls from Edinburgh, a 64-year-old engineer allegedly working on a contract in Brunei. However, after declaring affection for me and claiming to have secured a contract in Dubai, he became defensive when I inquired about the name of his company. Subsequently, all communication ceased. I am concerned about the authenticity of this person's intentions, as I suspect he may have been leading towards requesting financial assistance for purchasing materials. I urge caution and would appreciate any insights to verify the credibility of this individual to prevent others from potential deceit.

On July 31st, I encountered an unexpected popup while viewing profiles of men who had seen my profile. The popup asked for authorization to deduct funds from my account, and despite my efforts to close it, it persisted until I had to exit the site. To my dismay, I later discovered a charge of $50.03 on my debit card on the reported date. Attempts to contact the provided number on my bank statement were unfruitful, with long wait times and disconnections. The company identified themselves as People Media, not Ourtime. I request a refund of $50.03 as I did not authorize this charge and do not recognize the transaction. My name is Sharon Hill. Email me at [redacted]

In April, I signed up for a membership but decided not to renew. I used a gift card to pay for the membership, assuming it would not renew automatically. I did not use the site again. Yet, when I checked my recent charges, I discovered that I had been charged from May onwards without my consent. I ignored the renewal emails, thinking that using the gift card meant it wouldn't renew. Unfortunately, the charges continued based on my previous membership. To my surprise, I noticed charges even before April, which I had not been aware of. I am currently unemployed with many unpaid bills, and I was shocked to see these unauthorized charges. Please delete my profile, cancel my membership, and refund the charges deducted from my checking account without my permission. I never used the site beyond the initial month, and I did not plan to renew my membership. Thank you.

I am surprised to see 37 profiles of women above the age of 90 on the site, with 5 even being 99 years old. It seems like profiles can remain indefinitely and automatically increase in age, which may explain the presence of many "empty" profiles of younger participants. This situation casts doubt on the accuracy of the participant numbers mentioned on the site. I would appreciate receiving clarification on this matter, as it significantly impacts the credibility and trustworthiness of Our Time's profiles.

Dear Customer Service, I have cancelled my account multiple times, yet someone is committing fraud by using my identity and credit card details to keep my OurTime account active. I am requesting once again to cancel this account. Kindly terminate all accounts associated with the email addresses [redacted], [redacted], and phone number [redacted] under the name of Diane Jelovcich. A charge of $73.00 has been made on my new credit card, and I would appreciate a refund as I had previously canceled my membership. I suspect someone is impersonating me on this dating site for malicious intent, and I have reported this to the local police and the Federal Trade Commission. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this issue. Diane J.

I believed I had canceled my subscription back in July. I remember selecting UNSUBSCRIBE! I have never interacted with the website at all. There has been no communication from the website to me. Please unsubscribe me and promptly issue a refund of $[redacted].76 for the month of August. I am hoping to avoid involving the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General, but will do so if necessary. Kindly remove me from the site and refund the $[redacted].76 promptly. I require a response to this matter today, October 3, [redacted]. It appears that I have been charged for September as well, another $[redacted].76. Therefore, I am requesting a total refund of $[redacted].52 to my Visa card immediately. You may reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

I recently signed up for OURTIME but I am having trouble logging in despite spending over two hours attempting to access the program. The site accepted my credit card details. I also left messages after calling the provided phone number regarding my login issues. I suspect the problem may be due to my previous membership with Ourtime using a different email and name. I need assistance because now I am a member but still cannot access the site. The email I used this morning ([redacted]) is incorrect; I need to use my primary email ([redacted]). Additionally, the program is referring to me as "Sally" when my name is Ellen (Marjorie is my middle name and the one I use for email). This is quite a mess. Please help me resolve this as soon as possible.

There seems to be a mix-up between my profile and another user named Pamela Z on this site. When I receive likes and respond, Pamela's picture shows up instead of mine. I am not the person described as standing on a porch wearing a black sleeveless dress with long hair and bangs. My photo is just my face with green leaves framing it. I have been mistaken as the one attracting attention when it's actually Pamela. This mix-up is disappointing, and I request a prompt fix and refund. I hope my account can be located and the error corrected. I can imagine Pamela might be feeling similar frustrations. I wish I could notify her about the confusion. It's disheartening to realize the attention was meant for someone else all this time.

I'm curious as to why I can no longer access a message from John, who is located in my "likes" list at the top and resides on the east coast (MA, I think). I have exchanged messages with him previously, but after receiving a notification from your site about a new message from him, I am unable to view it. Could you please address this issue? I would appreciate a prompt response and assistance with retrieving his message.

I am a paid subscriber of OurTime, and I am experiencing login issues. Whenever I try to log in by selecting the photos with cars, bridges, and other items, I keep receiving a message preventing me from accessing my account. Today, Friday, 11/6/20, around 12:05 a.m. PST, I encountered a notice stating, "[redacted]-Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied." My login credentials have not changed, and I suspect someone may have tampered with my account. Please investigate and resolve this matter. Thank you. - Dorene S.

I'm unsure of my signup date, however, I have several months left on my 6-month subscription. I've met someone on your platform and wish to gift the remaining time to a friend in Utah who cannot afford a membership. How can I transfer my subscription to her? If my current relationship doesn't pan out, I'll reactivate my subscription. Thank you. - Brenda A.

I've been on Our Time for the past two and I've realized this site isn't for me. I have tried really hard to figure out how to delete my profile, but it seems impossible. On your website, you have no email address on your homepage and no telephone number. It tells you to go to 'My Account', but if you haven't paid and signed up, you don't have an account, just a profile. I have managed to delete my photos but not the wording. Please help as I want this done ASAP.

I tried to register an account using my email but received a message saying I already have one. When I selected "forgot password," it mentioned sending an email to reset it. Unfortunately, I haven't received any password reset emails from "OurTime." I had an account a couple of years ago but never had a subscription. I'm worried that my email might have been hacked.

Hello, I signed up for Our Time on November 7, [redacted], and was aware that I needed to decide by December 7, [redacted], whether to continue with the service. Upon realizing that two individuals were persistently contacting me despite my lack of response, I felt uncomfortable and decided to unsubscribe on December 4. Although the unsubscribe confirmation indicated success and I ceased receiving emails from Our Time, I was surprised to discover a subsequent charge on my bank statement for more service. I am requesting a $45.95 refund to my credit card as I unsubscribed within the specified timeline. I appreciate your understanding of my situation and prompt action regarding the refund. For any further inquiries, please contact me via email. Thank you for your assistance.

I have encountered multiple scam attempts on your platform. The profiles I receive are often fake and do not align with my preferences. Even after deleting undesirable matches, they reappear as suggested matches. There's a constant push for paid boosts, which feels like a scam tactic. I am dissatisfied with this service and intend to cancel my 3-month membership. Regards, M.K.
