I was charged, without my consent, a renewal charge for my subscription. It was in error, accidentally , that your company immediately charged my account. Please be advised that I am requesting an immediate refund on my charge card for this charge. My username is livelychiara. However, I would appreciate your contacting me by email at *****@***.com or phone at (***) ***-**** to get this straightened out immediately. The confirmation number for this payment is ***X********, transaction date is June **, ****. Please contact me or confirm that this charge has been reversed. If not, I will contact the charge card company, Better Business Bureau, and Consumer Protection. I do not want to renew my subscription and this has always been my intent. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!
