I recently canceled my subscription with OurTime, but I have noticed that two payments were still taken from my account. I no longer need the service and would like to request a refund for the two incorrect charges. I have not received any communication from your company in the last two months, so I am unsure why these payments were processed. Please reach out to me via email promptly. I received an email from you on Saturday evening when you were closed, billing me for services I did not request or agree to. This is the second time I am being billed for services I did not ask for. Additionally, a few days after joining your site, I contacted your customer service (if I can call it that) to report that my account may have been compromised or that I was receiving emails from unauthorized sources related to female-specific sites. I am unsure how this individual obtained my email address. After conducting research, I discovered that the author of the emails was not who they claimed to be. I am concerned about the security measures in place to prevent hacking on your platform. At present, I am most interested in understanding why I am being invoiced for services I did not authorize.

I paid for a month of services but am unable to send messages without being prompted to upgrade. Additionally, to read and reply to messages, I'm required to upgrade again. This is frustrating as I believe I should have full access to the services I already paid for. I have been a user on your site for about three months with the username Gardenn. Over the course of my time on the platform, I have encountered issues with hackers compromising my profile twice, resulting in them changing my photo and intercepting messages. This has been particularly distressing as I have engaged in conversations with women of interest only to discover that the individuals may not even exist or that their messages have been tampered with. Despite changing my email address, the hackers persist in accessing my information. I am hesitant to provide my credit card details due to a previous incident where $80 was fraudulently taken from my account. I feel frustrated by the continuous interference and manipulation of my interactions with others on the site. I am having trouble accessing my account. Every time I attempt to log in, it requests my first 6 digits, last 4 digits, expiration date, and ID number. Despite entering the correct information, it states that my account cannot be found. This has been ongoing for the past three days, and I am frustrated by the inability to access my account. I believe I should be able to manage my account without difficulty. It seems as though there may be discrepancies with my old information. I truly wanted to explore this site, but I have encountered numerous issues upon signing up. Kindly terminate my account as I am unable to make any changes. Despite the money being deducted from my bank account, I am consistently met with the message that I do not exist in the system. Please proceed with canceling my account, which is only two days old. I've been in contact with Kyle S. from Waterlooville through Ourtime. After chatting with me, he disappeared from the site. We've been messaging on Facebook since. Today, he asked for a £[redacted] loan, promising to return it by Sunday. I find this strange as we haven't met yet. I'm concerned for my safety. Can you confirm if his departure from Ourtime is linked to this? I didn't lend him money, but I'm hesitant about our future interactions. I have been a member for two weeks and I wish to cancel my subscription. I am dissatisfied with the site and the results it provides. According to the instructions on the site, I should go to "settings, status, view account status, more account status changes, and remove auto-renewal" to cancel, but I have been unsuccessful in doing so. It seems the site does not allow for a straightforward cancellation process. I have informed my bank, and they have flagged any payment attempts from you as potentially fraudulent. I request that my account be stopped immediately as I am unable to do so on the website. I am willing to pay for the month up until November 29, [redacted], but I do not want to be charged beyond that date. I am not seeking a refund, just a prompt cancellation of my subscription to prevent any further charges. I have noticed that many others are experiencing the same issue. Despite several attempts, I have not been able to get a response regarding canceling my monthly payments. I have only been using the site for two weeks, and I find it to be quite challenging to navigate and not user-friendly. I really want to discontinue my subscription. Despite living in a small town, I have contacted my bank to prevent any unauthorized charges. Chase Bank is aware of the situation, and they will handle any fraudulent payment attempts. I demand assurance that my account will not be charged in the next two weeks. I have taken steps to address this, and I urgently request that my account be stopped immediately. I am waiting for confirmation.

Our Time.com seems to have a big issue with scammers. Several users, including myself, have encountered scammers on the site lying about their age and using fake pictures. This has caused some disturbances like my Google acting strangely. It's frustrating to see individuals posing as 60 years old when they are much younger. The platform needs to address these fake profiles and ensure that users are genuine. Hopefully, steps will be taken to improve the authenticity of the site and prevent further scams from happening.

I have unfortunately encountered multiple instances of scam artists on this site. They seem to easily create fake profiles, changing appearances and details to deceive users. I found inconsistencies in the profiles of individuals claiming to be the same person, using different names and photos. One even went as far as trying to convince me to wire money under false pretenses. This is not the service I signed up for. I urge the site to take action to prevent these scams and protect its users. I am disappointed with the lack of oversight and feel this exposes customers to serious risks. I am requesting a refund for the services I have not utilized due to these troubling experiences.

I recently had a conversation with a man who mistakenly thought my profile picture was of a male. On October 24, I was attempting to reach out to jojeme on the site. I paid tokens to receive notifications when he was online, but after getting three, the alerts stopped. Despite sending numerous messages over the past month, none have been opened or viewed. Last week, I purchased more tokens in the hopes of catching his attention, but I believe he might have blocked me due to seeing a male photo on my profile. I genuinely believe we could be a good match, and I wish there was a way to resolve this issue and establish communication. My username on the site is rkl52, and I am disheartened by the lack of responses from others as well. I trust that a solution can be found before my subscription expires.

I'm frustrated with the individuals I've been sharing personal information with. After researching them on TruthFinder, I discovered they are non-existent and based in another country. Every person I have encountered on the site has turned out to be fake. Currently, I'm in contact with Wagner, who has consumed a significant amount of my time. Upon investigation, I found out he isn't located in the U.S.; his address is invalid, and his phone number from MI doesn't provide any relevant information. This has been a waste of my time and has deeply affected me emotionally as a widow feeling lonely and saddened. Please take action instead of just expressing apologies - I demand a refund for my troubles.

I previously notified you months ago about my decision to unsubscribe. Assuming my request was understood since no further communications were received since October, the recent quarterly charge to my Cashplus account without consent is unacceptable. Originally, the subscription was for three months only, with no automatic renewal arranged. Despite my frustration, in October, another quarterly deduction occurred. I kindly request the immediate refund of the deducted amount within two business days. Failure to do so will result in me escalating this matter to the Ombudsman and sharing my experience as a journalist in a newspaper and online platform. I paid for a one-month membership with OurTime back in May or June, assuming it would end after 30 days. To my surprise, I have been charged $30 monthly since then, causing issues with my checking account. I haven't used the service since June, as I reconciled with my husband. Recently, I clicked on an email from OurTime and was asked to renew my subscription to view who "likes" me, which I find unfair. I demand the immediate cancellation of my OurTime subscription and a full refund for the past six months of charges (July to December). I expect no less than a complete refund and am prepared to involve legal action if necessary due to this misleading and unauthorized charging practice. Good morning, a few months ago, I purchased a one-month offer voucher through the website, which I have not wanted to renew, neither verbally nor in any other way, as I have not found it interesting after trying it. However, without my consent, I was charged €45 at the beginning of this year. I have not provided my card information again for charges, received any notification, or signed any commitment to renewal. Please refund the money charged without my consent. I recently encountered a fraudulent contact on OurTime. The deactivated profile was xr250, associated with a person named William Roach using the phone number [redacted] and email [redacted] I grew suspicious due to the overly familiar language and quick declaration of love. When attempting to verify the contact information, both the phone number and email were unverifiable. A friend called the number and encountered someone with a Jamaican or Nigerian accent who hung up when questioned.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my profile being outdated on the website. My old profile is still visible with messages dating back to September [redacted], while my new profile with the primary picture of me in a red top is set to expire in February and does not have auto-renewal enabled. I have encountered difficulties accessing the new profile without upgrading and would like a refund of $30 for this service.
