Booked a * night stay at Hilton. Orbitz itinerary ***************Dates: May ** to Jun *. Jet blue plane to Newark ( *****) was delayed until **:**PM (over a * hr delay). I called Orbitz from airport at *:**PM & told them I tried to get on next morning flight (it was booke). Told Orbitz I cancelled flight and had to cancel hotel stay. They said it would be taken care of. I am still waiting for an answer. I have used Orbitz before. been very happy with them. is now Monday morning (June *) and no answer. Please understand that my husband and I are ** years arriving in Newark after *:**AM in the morning was not an option. These were extenuating circumstances. The Newark airport was closed due to tornadoes and storms. I need some help with this. Thank you, Anita
