I was simply trying to travel to the destination of choice. ... It called Orbitz customer service to change my trip to Korea to switch another booked trip to Palm Springs. It took close to three hours to complete for flight, schedule, and hotel reservations. I had to co, mplete info required for reservations at least * times due to communication difficulties, misunderstand etc. I am disabled and suffer from severe anxiety among other health problems however not wheelchairbound.*Service reps insisted that my Korea trip included only flight reservations and no hotel reservations which I had requested and it was confirmed in my itinerary but they insisted it was only flight plans that I had requested. I have printed an e-mail documentation so in fact it was reserved upon booking my trip. Can you imagine being in a foreign country without a booked hotel? I would have had a anxiety attack and other health related problems without a doubt.
when speaking with customer service, my blood pressure increased because of fustrationand feeling that I was the problem. They stated I hadonly requsted flight plans and not hotel which was booked.
They should pay for upgrade on flight seating arrangement so I would be more comfortable during the flight which would assist my problem with mobility and to create less stress and anxiety by being in a more calm and relaxed atmosphere.
I just expect what I requested and not have to go through some much problems which should have been a simple process.
I am trying at present.
