How did GetHuman-changjia do it?

The issue in GetHuman-changjia's own words
Hi there,*My account number is **** **** ***.I just received this month’s bill and it says we have to pay for the late payment fee. This really confused me cause I clearly remembered that I paid the last month’s bill on the due date **:** PM, receipt number is N************. Besides, I contacted to one of Optus staff Gelo the other day, and he told me that my payment was already posted and nothing to worry about.
GetHuman-changjia did not yet indicate what Optus should do to make this right.
