A few days ago we had the NBN connected through Optus. We now don't have a functioning landline telephone. The technician who installed NBN didn't mention our telephone and didn't bring one with him. I assumed that my landline would continue as usual. * I have been informed that we need to have a VOIP phone. Is this correct? If so, how can I tell if my current phone is a VOIP phone and how can I get it to work?
