hi, I am in the USa and before I went, I paid Optus bill well in a advance, in fact about * months in advance. Now you sent me a bill via email that I owe you money.*I have had nothing but trouble with Optus, you still owe me for the almost * months I was without a landline and * weeks without internet and mobile. my phone number in australia is ** **** ******I changed my mobile already to Telstra because I had always problems with receiving *making calls from my number where I was in Fernmount NSW, and my Internet and landline haas not been used since ** January when I left (except if the cleaning lady has perhaps used it but that I do not know).*I have an american mobile number, so haven't used any mobile from australia either.
