I have a letter describing that the Optus adsl network at st Marys exchange will close so my broadband and home phn will no longer work soon. It states that if I terminate my contract by ******* Optus will offer a $*** one off payment for compensation. I have decided I will move to a new Provider - exetel. How can I organise the compensation and terminate the contract? I’m having issues with the customer service understanding what to do
