I am very upset.*Since I have moved to Optus, I have had many problems.*Most recently, I have phoned Optus EVERY month for * or * months, as my bills are NOT getting emailed to me. Each time, I am promised that it's fixed but it NEVER is. I am STILL not receiving my * bills via email.*Secondly, my wireless internet has NOT worked for several days. Finally, it came back on late last night. However, the internet speed is so slow and keeps dropping out.*I am tired of having to spend SO much time trying to get in contact with Optus. If Optus wishes to retain me as a customer, I need someone to call me TODAY, so that these things can be sorted out once and for all. Otherwise, I will cancel my service and everyone I know NEVER to go with Optus. Enough now - it has been too long and I am very fed up with it.
