Hi, My name is Sean Johnston Acount number: ************** I have been a Optus customer for ** years now and moved house and NBN installed. Once the internet was working the signal was not strong enough to travel down the house, then had to spend $*** dollars on a wifi range extender to get internet working. My fetch did not work for * weeks and had to change fetch boxes and send back previous fetch box which meant I lost all previous recordings and shows. So In light of all the factors I don’t believe I should have to pay this bill (full amount) when I had to spend money and go without fetch TV for * weeks and constantly talking to customer support at work and home until the issue was rectified. Very disappointing.
