Help with my Optus issue

I want to update my direct debit credit card expiry date details. I cannot access my account online to do so - system does not work.*I cannot reach an operator when I call the optus number, it just takes me through layer after layer of options, only to get back to the original menu options!*Can't tell you just how frustrating this is!!!!!*My account number is - **** **** **** ** - telephone and internet bundle.*Can I email you with the new expiry date and CVC number, if so supply email.
GetHuman-smoli did not yet indicate what Optus should do to make this right.

Had to phone Optus and speak to an operator, to get it done.
