Help with my Optus issue

Mobil no ********** *acc no *************Before I received my recent account due **rd May **** I paid the amount that should have been due $**.**. as I would be away when the account would be due.*My previous months account was paid in full on April ****.*I now see on the May account that I have been charged ** cents and not the usual * cants for the payment processing fee, and I have short paid the May account by * cents. WHY HAVE I BEEN CHARGED TWO * CENT FEES ON THIS ACCOUNT???
