Lady at Optus put me on a totally different plan that she said which resulted me in paying a **** plan when I am a student and would never sign up to something so expensive ... I got my first bill that was **** so I put complaint in and rang customer service to put me on a more affordable plan and they did they said they put me on a ***-*** for ***gb data for my iPad and iPhone * Plus which I was happy about but I just received my latest bill and it is **** which I am furious about considering I only used **-**% of my data for the month so why is it even more then my first bill?????
This is a problem for me because I am a student who has already addressed this issue before and nothing has been resolved, i don’t know if they haven’t linked the data to be used both form my iPad and iPhone * Plus but I specially asked about * times if I can share the data between both devices and I was told I WAS ALLOWED
get me on a plan that shares the data between iPad and my iPhone that doesn’t cost me almost $*** and also not like and explain what my plan includes rather then resulting into a bill that I can not afford
