Change address on a mobile service ... I cannot get to talk to someone or do it online.
It's pissing me off to have * mobiles listed under my name but they are treated as separate accounts.
Get me some one to talk to, either verbal or online chat.
I have an issue with Optus too

Had a online chat with a rep who fixed apparantly fixed it. Will see when the next bill arrives.
