I have a problem with my new Optus modem on the NBN. *When I arrive home, any device that I have taken with me, phone or tablet, will not automatically log back onto the internet. The device will locate the home network, but comes up with a message "connected, no internet" this will remain till i go into settings of the device which could be several hours. The devices have an auto logon authorisation but will not auto logon. The only way i can get an internet connection is to switch between the *GHz and *.*GHz and generally after a couple of attempts it will finally log on to the internet.*Is there a problem with the modem or is there a setting somewhere in the modem, that needs to be changed. This did not happen when it was first installed but it has been getting worse and has now become very frustrating.
